Karen Stowe has a unique monthly program using harp music with narration. With encouragement to sing along she incorporates song, season, artist, movie, and more to engage in conversation and reminiscing.

Bonney has been teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness around the Hampton Roads area. Kam returned to Indoda Entsha and taught himself how to drum comfortably from his wheelchair, using this form of creative expression as a healing mechanism.

Maggie is a mixed-media artist. Her work can be seen at The Artist Gallery in Virginia Beach. Her influences are living artists rather than the masters. She studied in Hawaii with George Woollard and was hugely influenced by both his painting style.
