Tidewater Arts Outreach is being funded to create an innovative art competition that will harness the power of the arts to engage audiences and participants of all ages in overcoming COVID-19 and influenza vaccine hesitancy.

This competition will have two rounds and all finalists (max 20 artists) will receive funds for their participation.

ALL MEDIUMS are encouraged to participate. Must be an artist who resides or is based in Hampton Roads (within 50 miles of Norfolk, VA).
