On April 22, 2021, Tidewater Arts Outreach hosted its 2nd annual Once More Concert and Instruments of Art Auction virtually to an audience of 100. Attendees got to hear the song creations of Will Overman, Roberta Lea, the Seamless Duo, and Richard Mekdeci for the first time – songs inspired by the lives of Emily Filer, Chuck Ruckers, LaDonne Archer, and Joe Phillip.
The event raised over $17,000 for Tidewater Arts Outreach’s arts outreach programs.
