Ronda Baucom, Steve Kolb join Tidewater Arts Outreach staff

Steve Kolb and Ronda Baucom

Two seasoned nonprofit professionals joined the Tidewater Arts Outreach staff in late summer 2017.

Ronda Baucom joined us as Programs Specialist in early August.  For the last 13 years Ronda owned and operated two local Color Me Mine franchises; she recently sold them back to the parent company.  Before that, she was the executive director of Norfolk’s International Azalea Festival for eight years. at Tidewater Arts Outreach, Ronda will interface with artists, medical professionals, caregivers and care communities to develop arts programs that engage, inspire and promote wellness.

Steve Kolb joins Tidewater Arts Outreach as Development Specialist.  Steve’s job is to help engage the donors, corporations and the community in our work.  Steve’s background is in development and the arts; he is a founding member of both The Academy of Music and the Park Place Child Life Center.

As Tidewater Arts Outreach prepares for the next phase of its evolution toward long-term viability, these two new part-time staff members will no doubt take us to a new level of programming and community involvement.
