Tidewater Arts Outreach is being funded to create an innovative art competition that will harness the power of the arts to engage audiences and participants of all ages in overcoming COVID-19 and influenza vaccine hesitancy. Knowledge is an Art Form will leverage the visual arts talent in Hampton Roads to explore the reasons behind vaccine hesitancy and enhance vaccine confidence through the storytelling power visual art provides.
All interested artists should plan to attend the Kick Off Meeting (either in-person or via Zoom) on Wednesday, December 15 @ 6pm.
