I discovered my passion for using creative outlets when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2015 and was unable to work because I was in and out of hospitals so much. Being creative with my hands was the outlet I needed to process this life change.

Bonney has been teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness around the Hampton Roads area. Kam returned to Indoda Entsha and taught himself how to drum comfortably from his wheelchair, using this form of creative expression as a healing mechanism.
